IF YOU HAVE WORRY, YOU DON'T HAVE FAITH AND IF YOU HAVE FAITH, YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY!

Mother's Day!

I had a wonderful Mother's Day! Saturday we invited my friends Becky and Wicky and their families over and barbecued! I didn't even think of getting my camera out! It was a beautiful evening to be outside, the kids played and we visited! It was neat to reminisce about the good old days! I can't believe we have been friends for almost 29 years! Do you all remember Wicky's dad Alan, have you ever seen him without a mustache? Well I haven't! He got called as 1st councilor in his ward last year and I guess he is going to start working at the temple, so respectfully he shaved it off!

Felix and the boys made me cards and got my some flowers. He also got me a George Foreman grill, sweet! It turned out to be just a nice and relaxing Sunday!

Here you go SHANE :)

Shane was so nice to call me and wish me a happy mommies day and we got talking and he said he wanted to see some pictures of the house so here they are! We are still trying to get things clean up in the back and east side! I can't wait to plant some flowers, it will look purty! We just put this porch on about 2 weeks ago! I will take a better pitcure next week. My computer is getting fixed so I am using my dinosaur and it doesn't have the hook up for my camera. This pic. is from my phone!

Just a few words!

Just a few words since it has been awhile since I have posted! We had a wonderful, not so snowy winter! Thanksgiving was yummy, we went to Salt Lake and spent it with my mom and sister Misty! We had a fun Christmas! Our neighbors did the 12 days of Christmas to us and it was so much fun! The boys tried to catch them each night but wasn't successful. They had some creative things! Santa brought us Guitar Hero for our WII, and we enjoy jamming!
January was burrr! February wasn't so fun! Felix's mom passed away a week after turning 70 yrs old on Feb. 9. Everything turned out as good as it could have and we are doing well. We miss her but she was really sick and sometimes I think it was a blessing!
It was nice to have spring come in and celebrate Easter, we decided to go and spend it in Salt Lake (of course) and had a blast!
Now school is almost out and it is almost summer! WOW time does fly! I think it is funny in Aug. you just can't wait for school to start and by the time May comes your ready or school to be out! I like this background that I have chosen it fits! Bryan has started and Tyson will be, Jayson didn't want to play this year!

My Handsome Men!

Martin, Felix and Joe

Grandma Ruth made these scarves and hats for them for Christmas, Thank You!

Jayson!

Jayson, well he's Jayson! A month or so ago he was playing football at school and ran into a bush! OUCH! We are very blessed a twig barely missed his pupil, we took him to the eye doctor and he just gave us some drops to put in and told him he had to stay in for the next 2 days! This was so he wouldn't get it infected. It took a little tiny chunk out of his eye! Within a week you couldn't even tell! He is doing well in school and will be going into 6th grade next year! aaaaaaa!
In January he participated in the pinewood derby, he designed and painted his car by himself! He took 1st and 2nd in the first four rounds, but then in the finals he took 4th place! If we would have done a tune up before finals I think he would have done better, but he still had fun doing it!

Tyson!

Tyson has lost a few teeth this last winter! He is doing well in school, he will be moving on to the first grade next year! He is a typical 6 year old!

Bryan's 12th Birthday!

Bryan's Birthday was Dec. 13, I cannot believe he turned 12! Felix was able to ordain him a deacon. He loves young mens and scouts! He was able to go on the winter campout (Klondike) in January, he said he didn't get to cold! (of course the had heaters in the tent's)
He will be finishing up 6th grade the end of may, so far he is doing good with grades, had some rough patches but was able to get got up.

We made this picture board of him when he graduated from primary, hopefully you can see most of the pictures!

We are blessed ever day, but this last month we have felt more overwhelmed at times! Felix was able to get a promotion and get his own truck! This is a position that he has been wanting and working for for a long time!

Tyson turn's 6!

I can't believe my baby is 6, I guess he is not a baby anymore! He had a couple of friends come over and then some of his older cousin's came for his family party! Felicia, Domenick and their honeys came over and I thought that was really nice! Martin was out of town! We had alot of fun!!

Thoughts!

I thought I would explain some of these pictures below!
Tyson waited a week or two just to carve his little pumkin, when it was time he did it by himself but he sure didn't like it to well! My monkey boy Jayson had a little one also and he climbed up on the table and did his, it took a whole 5 min. if that!!
Josie has been really sick! (Felix's mom) She had a seizure in Oct. and we took her to the hospital. She had another one and stopped breathing. She only spent a day in ICU and they sent her home with two kinds of medication, one for the brain and Valium to help relax her (I guess)! Anyways to make a long story short, she has hepatitis C. So instead of the liver running the Valium out of her system it sat and built up! 3 weeks later we took her in to the hospital severely dehydrated and she had a drug overdose! She spent a week in there and then she has been at the care center for the last 3 weeks! She would not make sense and would talk of things in the past, we thought she might of altimerz but one of the therapist mentioned something about ammonia levels and if they had checked it. I guess the liver or kidney can cause confusion in the brain. Sure enough that was it, they put her on a medicine and in about 2 days you can tell a big difference. That was thanksgiving week. She is doing so much better and should be coming home this week!!
One of the pictures is of Bryan's artwork he made the hand in art! There is one that the boys decided they did not like Shrek anymore. I went outside to see what they were doing and they hung him up!

Halloween 2008

Bryan & Jayson play Football!

Bryan and Jayson played football this last fall. they were on the Vikings! They loved it!

Even though they only won a few games they were really goods sports. Parents would always make an arch and they would run through it, they loved it! Then they would get in the circle and do a cheer!

Bryan and Amadeus! People would ask all the time if they were brothers or at least related! They were on the same team last year too! He is actually a year younger!

While we were out in Salt Lake Tyson lost his first tooth! Yea!Jayson and Emma having a banana!

Zeus and Emma wanted to play along with mom!!

Felix's Surgery Oct. 2008

The first of October Felix had to go have surgery for a hernia. We went to Salt Lake to have it done! Everything went well and he is doing really good! above: Before Surgery

below: Right after he woke up, that little ball is actually medicine that went around the incision to keep it numb. It is supposed to keep you from taking so much pain medicine!

Bryan came to the hospital with me to keep me company, but as you can see he listened to his music and laughed with his dad! No, he did keep me company!

Felix after surgery, they cut along the same scare as his last surgery 2 years ago!

After they took the staples out!

Fall Picture's Oct. 2008

Jayson relaxed watching the court of honor!
Bryan getting some merit badges at his first court of honor! He got his second class and should have his first class by his birthday in Dec.!

Tyson's first art project from school!

When kids get a hold of the camera, Jayson was having too much fun blowing bubbles!!

Silly cat Gary climbed on the shelves and then on top of the door!

Fall is here and with that comes the COLD! The sad thing is I know it is just the beginning. The boys are helping chop wood with Felix!

About a month ago our cat Fritz died, he was literally going on his 10th or 11th life! I saw some bird dogs running around the neighborhood on the day he came up missing. Jayson found him the next day at the neighbor's. He was Bryan's cat and he followed him on the roof one day. He actually climbed up the ladder, crawled on the roof and then Felix told him to come down and he did! We thought it was way cute! Now we just have two cats, which is ok with me! We had Fritz for a couple of years!

Yea, School Starts!

Can't believe that school has started! Of course I was soooo ready for it to start! Bryan goes to middle school now, which just blows me away! He is enjoying it so far, so that is good. Jayson is in 5th and he is liking it. He gets to get Tyson and walk home! Yes my little boys are all in school now! Tyson started kindergarten, he was so ready and he is loving it! He rides the bus to school but than walks home with Jay! The first day of school I got the wrong time on catching the bus, so he is getting his back pack and next thing we knew the bus goes by! He had a look of "Now I can't go to school!" but I told him I would take him and he looked a lot better! Of course now we almost can't do anything in the morning because he will tell me he'll miss the bus! He has only been going for 4 days now so I am sure he will realize that he won't miss it!
